Therapy that Feels like Home

Therapy Services

You may have carried these struggles for a long time—pushing through even when it feels exhausting. Choosing therapy isn’t about weakness; it’s about giving yourself the chance for real change. Together, we’ll face what has felt too heavy to carry and begin experiencing the freedom and purpose you’ve been longing for.

I Am Here to Support Your Healing

what you can expect from working with me:

I will meet you with both care and honesty.

I will honor your story and take your struggles seriously.

I will show up authentically—both as a therapist and as a real person.

I will bring evidence-based tools and specialized training tailored to your life and values.

I will encourage you and also challenge unhelpful patterns, never to shame, always to empower.

Healing doesn’t require you to have it all together—it begins with honesty and the willingness to take one step at a time.

WAYS TO WORK TOGETHER:

Eating Disorder Therapy

I provide specialized care for women navigating eating disorders and body image concerns. Using evidence-based approaches tailored to your needs, therapy can quiet obsessive thoughts, heal underlying wounds, and guide you toward lasting freedom and purpose.

Christian-Based Counseling

I integrate Christian faith into therapy in a way that honors your mental health and your beliefs. Sessions may include prayer, reflection, or simply the freedom to bring your faith into the conversation. Faith integration is always optional and client-led, ensuring that your values are respected every step of the way.

Group Therapy

Healing often grows in community. Group therapy provides a supportive environment to connect with others, reduce shame, and learn practical skills. Together, we’ll explore themes like body image, food, perfectionism, and identity in a setting that is both structured and encouraging.

EMDR Therapy for Trauma

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a specialized approach for reprocessing painful experiences and releasing their emotional weight. Using bilateral stimulation, EMDR helps the mind and body reprocess memories that may still feel overwhelming. If past experiences continue to shape how you see yourself or how you cope, EMDR offers a safe and structured way to work through them.

Let the Healing Begin

You don’t have to do this alone. Healing is possible, and support can make all the difference. Whether you’re working through an eating disorder, body image concerns, or stress that feels heavy, I’m here to help.
