I strive to bring honesty, compassion, and steadiness into every session. My goal is to create a place where you feel supported and understood as you navigate the challenges that weigh on you. Together, we’ll build genuine connection and meaningful growth that leads to lasting change.
My passion for this work began in college, when I watched a documentary about eating disorders. What struck me most wasn’t just the behaviors, but the eyes that seemed dimmed by the burden they were carrying. Over the years, I’ve seen that same look in girls as young as ten and in women in their sixties and beyond, and I’ve also witnessed the life and light that return to their eyes and spirit when they are no longer bound by food and body struggles. That transformation is what continues to fuel my commitment to walk with clients toward healing and freedom.
My approach is not about quick fixes or surface-level change. I strive to create a space where you can show up fully, with all the messy and complicated parts of your journey, and know you’ll be met with both care and honesty. Therapy with me is relational and intentional. I want you to feel safe enough to share what feels hardest, and supported enough to take steps toward growth.
Because therapy is such a vulnerable step, I believe it should never feel impersonal. At the heart of my work is this hope: that you’ll not only find relief from the struggles you’re facing, but also rediscover a deeper sense of confidence, peace, and purpose—one that lasts far beyond the therapy room.
