Over the past several years, I’ve spoken on body image, eating disorders, anxiety, and faith-informed mental health through podcasts, summits, and in-person workshops. Whether I’m equipping parents, encouraging women’s groups, or collaborating with schools and churches, my goal is to bring clarity, compassion, and hope to topics that often feel overwhelming.
